Ok, So I just listed A New Dewalt Angle Grinder On Ebay, and I meant to put 9.98 as the starting price, but instead I listed it as a buy it now. It was ,of course, purchased immediately. So when seeing this, i sent an email to buyer notifying him of my mistake, and that I would need to cancel the transaction and issued a refund through paypal.
So my question is, what do I do from here? What is the next step in resolving this in such a way that will not result in negative feedback. Is there even any option on ebay for this kind of thing? I know you can cancel an active listing if there is a mistake in price, but what about items that sold?
Thank you in advance.
