welding$$$$ what are YOU worth???

I work at a Fab shop in south-east Michigan close to Detroit, I have been there about 3 years I make $15/hour. I do MIG, and TIG,(mig for about 6yrs. tig about 2yrs.) also I have been doing fitting for the last year, sub-assemblies for other fitters and whole jobs for myself. I am in-line for another raise which I pretty much know I am going to get and should put me at $16/hour.
I WANT TO KNOW:
A>how long have you been welding?
B>what type of welding do you do?
C>how much do you make per/hr? or your salary
D>what state do you work in? and where abouts?
E>do you recieve raises and incentives?
F> how many people work in the shop with you? welders and fitters NOT general laborers.

thank you for the feed back i am trying to get an idea about pay rates for different areas of the U.S.A. for my trade.

How this is the average metal on a car/truck?
